PYRENEAN FLEUR DE SEL
Fleur de sel from Salies-de-Béarn (PGI)
Salies-de-Béarn salt is extracted from naturally concentrated underground waters, protected under the Pyrenean massif for millions of years. Obtained by traditional evaporation in salt pans, it is naturally rich in trace elements and free from any chemical treatment.
It provides essential electrolytes to compensate for sweat loss during prolonged exertion. We have incorporated it into DrinkMix® for conditions below 20°C. Above this temperature, the combination with Hydratation® supplements the mineral intake to cover greater perspiration.
HOW TO USE IT?
Hydration® provides 1380 mg of high-purity electrolytes per scoop.
During exercise:
- In temperatures <20°C, 1/4 dose per hour is sufficient. If you are already using DrinkMix or Gel, your needs are already covered by them.
- In temperatures between 20°C and 30°C, 1/2 dose per hour of exercise.
- In temperatures >30°C or for individuals with high perspiration levels: 1 dose per hour during exercise.
Daily:
- 1 dose per day diluted in 750 to 1500ml of water, consumed gradually throughout the day to supplement your daily intake.
