The formula is based on four essential minerals: sodium, magnesium, potassium, and zinc. All are selected in their most absorbable forms, without carbohydrate load or additives.

Designed to integrate naturally into the Pyrène protocol, Hydratation® combines perfectly with Gel UltraEndurance® and DrinkMix®. No conflicting flavors, no digestive overload, each product maintains its role and the whole functions as a coherent system.

A 200g sachet contains 22 doses to be diluted in 500 to 1000ml of water. Each dose contains 1380mg of electrolytes.

As soon as the temperature rises: heat above ~20 °C, long efforts, heavy sweating. Below that, the fleur de sel in the gels/DrinkMix is enough for a normal sweat profile. To test your sweat profile and learn your electrolyte needs, book your Metabolic Scan at the laboratory without delay.
It depends on your sweat rate and salt concentration (highly variable); the Metabolic Scan / calculator helps you target it. On average a trained athlete loses 600 to 1000mg of sodium per hour. One dose of Hydratation® contains 815mg of high-purity sodium.
Same bottle or separately: you can choose to separate electrolytes and carbohydrates, or to merge these two intakes in the same supports for a protocol with no mental load.
